Meet Ryan

Ryan Rockwell is a Seattle native who grew up on the Eastside and now resides in the city. After graduating from the University of Washington, he began his career at Nordstrom, where the company’s well-known standard of taking care of the customer became a guiding principle for him. With a long-standing passion for real estate, he transitioned into the industry, bringing with him the strong customer service values that continue to shape his approach today.

Ryan’s combination of service, experience, and drive consistently delivers results that exceed client expectations. His proven marketing strategies and strong negotiation skills have earned him respect throughout the real estate community. Recognized as one of the top-producing brokers in the Puget Sound region, he negotiates more than $50,000,000 in real estate transactions each year and has been a broker in Seattle since 1998.

He is deeply committed to the craft of real estate and the art of negotiation, always working to secure the best possible outcome for his clients while making the process clear and enjoyable. Whether it’s a Friday evening or a Sunday morning, Ryan remains accessible and engaged. He views himself as a partner in the process and takes pride in being by his clients’ side every step of the way.

Ryan and his wife, Cindy, have two sons, Nick and Alex, who are currently studying at Chapman University and SDSU, along with their dogs, Franky and Tony. Outside of real estate, Ryan enjoys summers on Lake Washington and winters spent traveling to warm destinations and visiting his kids at college. He remains passionate about real estate and is dedicated to earning the trust of every client he works with.
